MK-S4 (Non-excited brake)

MK-S4: The series are non-excitation force action brakes, which are spring thrust type power-off brakes, which are widely used in the equipment machine tool manufacturing industry, textile, E-brush industry, logistics equipment industry and handling equipment industry.

• Initial torque

Torque can reach rated torque at the beginning of use

• Ambient/temperature

Environmental factors will have a certain impact on the torque of the brake, such as humidity, high temperature, etc., and oil pollution of the friction plate; the recommended temperature for use is -20°C -100°C.

• Gap adjustment

The series do not need to adjust the gap. The gap of the brake has been adjusted before leaving the factory, which is convenient for customers to install.

• Power supply voltage fluctuation

Excessive fluctuation of the power supply voltage will affect the performance of the brake, please control it within the range of ±10% of the rated voltage
