MK-MT4 (Lightweight non-excited brake)

MK-MT4: The series are non-excited action brakes, which are spring thrust type power-off brakes. It is recommended to use compact structure and small torque conditions. The brakes are controlled by dual voltage circuits, with low power consumption and low temperature rise. They are widely used in the six-axis robot industry.

• Dual power supply control

MK-MT4: The series adopts dual-voltage control loop, which effectively reduces the energy consumption during the operation of the brake, and also improves the performance stability of the product.

• Initial torque

Torque can reach rated torque without pre-grinding.

• Gap adjustment

The series do not need to adjust the gap, and the gap of the brake has been adjusted before leaving the factory, which is convenient for customers to install.

• RoHS compliant

Complies with the llRoHS Directive of the EU's Restriction of Hazardous Chemical Substances that prohibits the use of 6 substances such as mercury and lead.
