AGV ROUTE CONTROL

AGV Route control system building:

• Building Map, which set up several route and station according to layout,material flowing method in the work area;

• Task Sequence, which is used to Refine the operation process into each specific action 

• Information Exchange, Give priority to control an AGV to complete all tasks, based on the content of each task, agv status and operation process;

Solving the problems of local traffic congestion and low efficiency，we should focuse on by the following factors:

1. Different road conditions on the site (width, whether the traffic is busy, whether the environment changes frequently),

2. AGV status (type, power, distance, load, idle, maintenance)

3. Complexity of workflow
